I am an interim Professor at Ludwig Maximilian University and head of AI-Med. I have previously completed post-doctoral training at the Medical Vision Group in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab at MIT and the Lab for Computational Neuroimaging, Department of Neurology at Harvard medical school. I received my PhD and Diploma from the Computer Science Department at TU München.

benjaminI am a Postdoctoral Research. I have previously done my PhD studies at the Chair of Computer Aided Procedures under the supervision of Nassir Navab. My main research topics are focused on the application of Machine Learning techniques for the analysis and processing of medical images.

Masters Student
I am currently earning my M.Sc. in Neuro-Cognitive Psychology at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Previously, I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Michigan—Dearborn and completed a research practicum within the University of Michigan Health System’s Psychiatry and Neuropsychology Clinic. My research primarily focuses on utilizing neuropsychological assessments and neuroimaging methods to understand the influence of psychiatric disorders on cognition, behavior, and the structure of the brain.

 

 

Lena Koch

Research Assistant
I am a medicine student at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and work as student research assistant in the team. I completed my B. sc. in psychology at the Eberhard Karls University Tuebingen. My bachelor thesis focused on the neuroplasticity underlying learning processes in major depression.
